Stamplore is a mobile application that allows users to discover tourist locations, collect physical stamps from those places, and validate their visits digitally through the app. The platform is designed for entertainment, personal tracking of visits, and cultural engagement.

To access certain features, users must create an account by providing an email address, a username, and a secure password. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately to Stamplore.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the Stamplore app, including text, graphics, logos, and digital stamps, is the property of Stamplore or its partners and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or redistribution without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Usage

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the application, users consent to this processing.

5. Availability and Modifications

We strive to ensure the application remains accessible and functional. However, access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates. We reserve the right to modify or terminate features at any time without notice.

6. User Conduct

Information about physical locations, stamps, and addresses is provided for general reference only. Stamplore does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or operating hours of listed locations. Users are advised to verify details independently before traveling.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stamplore is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the application, including inaccuracies in location data, failed stamp validation, or issues related to third-party services.

9. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time via the app’s settings. Stamplore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or breach of these terms.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of Stamplore will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nivelles.
